Pricing ModelsFixed Price (FP) It is the ideal pricing option when system requirements are clearly outlined. The fixed price is quoted and the whole project development is carried out within that pricing framework. The fixed price model offers a low-risk option. This model guarantees that projects will be delivered on-time and on-budget. Deliverables, costs and timelines are clearly defined in the model. For any change in Scope Of Work (SOW) during or after the project execution, a prior approval and agreement must be reached, an adjustment in time and price must be done and a new delivery date must be agreed.
Time and Material (T&M) It is ithe deal model for customers who want to be part of the project execution. In this case, the pricing is determined based upon the number of man hours required to complete the project. When the Scope of Work (SOW) , specification and implementation plan of the project is difficult to assess at the initial phase, the Time and Material Model becomes a very attractive option. Under this model, customers pay the number of man hours dedicated in development efforts. The strategy to be followed is defined by working together with customers for the execution of end-to-end projects. If the initial time and material model determines an exact SOW and the project allows the SOW to be "closed", the T&M model could be converted in to Fixed Price (FP) model. Our project management and reporting method ensures exact hours spent on project with full transparency.
Customized model (CST) This is an attractive pricing model when customers want to apply the Fixed Price (FP) model but the scope of work is not fully clear or detailed enough to decide for the fixed price at the starting phase. Under this model, we define the SOW by working closely with customers and come up with an estimation applying the time and material model. Once this is done and the project execution plan is agreed upon, we offer our customers a fixed priced model. Adopting this model allows customers to optimize their budgets without compromising any aspect of the project.
Staffing/Hiring Dedicated Model (SHD) This is the ideal model for web development or temporary projects that require the excution of very specific tasks. In this model, we provide the resources to work on the projects or we can be part of the customers' development team, either local, remote or both. Offshoring the projects is always available and, in some cases, the best and more cost effective option. Customers will pay for the resources upon their working hours reported weekly/monthly. FP and T&M can used as well as part of SHD. |
