In terms of the way Graphic applications work, the following two classes are defined: 

• Non-Flash graphic applications - These applications generate the graphs directly from the data sources
• Flash graphic applications - These applications generate a Flash executable file before the graphs are created. This is the best way of displaying graphic results creating the highest level of attractiveness and performance (although some navigators must include the Flash plug-ins).
